General Rules for a successful Return or Exchange
Untempered unboxing video clip is required as a proof of claiming refund or replacement.
In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given after having a valid reason with proof.
In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue an eGV for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion.
If packet is tempered or opened, don't accept it.
Once you have accepted an open or tempered box delivery, no return request will be processed
In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.

Shipping is free on all orders. All the items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap. We ship your order through the best courier companies available. You will be getting a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders received are shipped within 24 hrs. In most cases, it is shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 5PM except Public Holidays or weekends in some cases.
Generally, all orders are delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your shipping location by our courier partners. Do note that, for certain pin codes not serviced by our courier partner(s), we may use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service). Alternatively, you can get in touch with our customer service team to add an alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. Deliveries made through Speed Post – Indian Postal Service might take longer than usual delivery time.
